All players, parents/guardians, coaches, match officials, and trainers are required to review and sign off on the concussion resources relevant to their role.

E-Booklets are available for different age groups:

• Players Ages 10 and Under

• Players Ages 11 to 14

• Players Ages 15 and Above

Resources are available in multiple languages.

These posters should be displayed at soccer fields and facilities to increase awareness.

✅ Action Steps for Participants

1. Review the e-booklets appropriate for your age or role.

2. Sign off to acknowledge you understand the concussion information.

3. Follow the BMSA Concussion Policy, Codes of Conduct, and Concussion Protocols during all soccer activities.
